What is Vulvitis?? How to get rid from it by Ayurveda?

Introduction:-

In these both of the vagina gateways become swollen. It also contains itching. Irritation occurs after itching.

Vulvitis is curable

Causes:-

1. The main cause of this disease is negligence towards cleanliness of the vagina.
2. Women also become victim to it by using scruffy and dirty clothes.
3. Some women are like this wear clothes clean but in the days of menstruation, dirty cloth keeps it in the vagina that's it to throw. She does not know that the vaginal area is sensitive, fragile and infectious. Simple bacterial infections also make then injured by infecting them. 
4. The men genital organ is not clean and infected. It also gets this disease from intercourse with them.
5. After urine, women who do not clean their genital organs properly. She gets this disease.
6. Many of these women are also due to this disease causing fungal infection which is mostly during rainy season. 
7. Women suffering from syphilis of gonorrhoea etc. women having sex with men infected with this disease also suffer from this.
8. This disease is also caused by dirt. 
9. Due to scum it is vaginal itching. Drying with dirty nails gives some relief but there is irritation and pain after some time. 
10. Due to the dirt of the nails the skin gets infected. In which the role of the Streptococcus bacterium is main. 
11. Irritation of the result then redness on the skin and after then finally takes the form of wound, hair break wound. 
12. Suffer area become reddish and inflammation on gateway of vagina.
13. Due to this trouble the patient has severe pain. She cannot walk properly. 
14. If the cause of the disease is Syphilis or gonorrhoea etc. then pus comes from the vagina with other troubles. 
15. There is also a fever in the infection progression. 

General Instruction:-

1. Patient should first notice the cleanliness and purity that is along with cleaning the clothes and genetic organ, clean and wash with the water every time after stool and urine. After cleaning, cleanse the solution of alum. 
2. If this is already done in this way then cleaning is done. So this disease is not likely to happen. 
3. If the patient is gently infected with syphilis and gonorrhoea then treat with same as well as treat the diseases of the original diseases. The patient should stay away from sexual intercourse etc. until the full benefit is made. 
4. Take nutritious and digestible food in the diet. Do not take too much heat and warm nature food. 
5. Ulcer etc. is painful then give the anti ulcer and pain killer medicine to the patient.

Ayurvedic Patent Treatments:-

1. Purila Liquid (Charak):- Give 20 ml with water three times daily. 
2. Urtiplex Capsule (Charak):- Give 1 to 2 capsules 2-3 times daily. It is prominently beneficial in allergic vaginal inflammation. 

Ayurvedic Classical Treatment:- 

1. Pushpdhnwa Ras:- It is useful to get rid of all related vaginal related diseases. Mix one to two tablets in honey and give it in the morning and evening regularly. 
2. Chandranshu Ras:- Give 125 to 250 mg with cumin quath 2 times every morning and evening. 
3. Pushyanug Churna:- Give 2-3 gm with honey every morning and evening and after give one glass of milk. 
4. Madhukadyavleh:- Give 3 to 5 gm with milk 2 times daily. 
5. Mahamrichhadi Oil:- Apply this oil on suffer area after drying it every morning and evening.

Home Remedies:-

1. Mix sugar with amla juice and drink it regularly every morning and evening it cured vaginal mouth swelling. 
2. Washing the vagina twice a day with a quath of neem leaves is beneficial. 
3. Grinding bitter neem's nimboli in neem leaves juice and coating on vaginal mouth is beneficial in inflammation. 
4. It is beneficial to grind the root of indrayan and dry ginger in goat ghee and coating on the suffering area. 
5. Consumption of 3 to 10 gm of pure ghee from shatavar has a hopeful benefit.
