What is Renal Colic (Stone)?? How to cure it by Ayurvedic Home Remedies??

Introdution:-

In the abdominal cavity of the body, there are two kidneys in both sides of body. The main function of the kidney is to separate the impure fluid form the blood and remove form body. Separated impure fluid gets out of the kidney and goes into the bladder. From there impure fluid goes out form the body in the form of the urine. When the kidney begins to accumulate waste material or drink less water does not clean the kidney and this substance become stiff as a stone. This stone is not so painful when it is in the kidney or in the bladder but when it comes out of the kidney and moves into the bladder tube then the patient feels heavy pain. This is called Renal Colic. 

Renal Colic

Cause:- 

1. Generally, kidney stone is the main cause of Renal Colic and acute pain begins when stone gets into the urine-tube. 
2. Kidney inflammation and any type of infection in kidney also the cause of pain.
3. Many times the old constipation is also the cause of kidney pain. 
4. Nephritis is the result for the infection which is main reason is hemolytic streptococcus germs. 
5. Some time it is a result of side effect of heavy dose of medicine or heavy medicine.
6. It is attacked during or after an invective fever. 
7. If the patient wander in cold season or rainy season then this disease attack chance more.  
8. This disease has been caused due to drought or burning in the winter. 
9. This disease attack form children during diphtheria, swelling of tonsil, Chickenpox, Measles, etc.
10. If there is any type of skin disease in adults and the treated it by cream or ointment or any other paste then this disease is become more dangers.
11. There is such some disease that's during invasion time or after this disease attack form the body. This disease like Malaria, Tuberculosis, infected fever etc.
12. Taking mismatch food, non seasonal food is also cause for this disease.

Symptoms:-

1. The patient continuously feels cold even that tremor also. 
2. After tremor patient suffer from fever. Sometimes sweat also comes. 
3. The patient feels paint in back bone and nearby waist. 
4. When the disease is become dangers then the urine stop comes. If urine come then very low quantity and very painful for the patient. 
5. Urine not discharge or low discharge from the body then the element of water increase in the body that is the cause of whole body swelling. The skin colour also changes. This is the symptoms of uremia.
6. The patient feels uncomfortable, nervousness, distraction, etc. 
7. The patient skin under thigh is feeling less. Witch side the patient suffer from this disease that side push little then the patient feel unbearable pain. 
8. Urine comes little with blackness. Whole body swells and become bloodless. 
9. Initially stage of this disease patient not feels any time of difficulty but body become weak. 
10. Vomiting, Fast heart beat, red spots on the skin, etc is also the symptoms of this disease.

General Instructions:-

1. Give the patient physical and mental rest.
2. Take attention that patient not suffer from constipation. Do not give the heavy medicine for constipation. 
3. Save the patient from cold and arrange the comfortable bed for the patient. 
4. Give fermentation with hot water dip cloth and wringing out to the patient back and suffering area. 
5. Give the patient boil vegetable (without Salt) and fruits, etc.
6. When the patient feels comfortable and fit then give to start normal food.
7. Give the baking soda 2 to 4 gm with water solution 2-3 times daily for urine normal but do not give the 20 gm above quantity. If the patient feel cure then after give 20 gm stop some days.
8. Salt is like poison for the patient but milk, and fast is good for the patient. 
9. Lemon water, coconut water glucose, raw milk with equal quantity of water is beneficial for the patient. 
10. If the swelling is more on the body and suffering skin then that condition give small quantity of water to the patient. Only give the water for quench thirst.

Ayurvedic Patent Treatmetnt:- 

1. Nefrocure Syrup (Indian Drug House):- Give 10 ml with equal quantity of water two times daily.
2. Cystone Tablet (Himalaya):- Give 2-2 tablets thrice a day. The working capacity increase to consuming it. Discharge water from urine track then swelling also cure. 
3. Deu Capsule (Keprolex):- Give 1-1 capsule thrice daily. It is beneficial.
4. Gonanti (Arya):- Give 2-2 tablets with equal quantity of water. It is beneficial. 
5. Nefrovin Capsule (Nupal):- Give 1-1 capsule three times daily. It is very effective medicine.
6. Kid Clear Capsule (Ayurvedic Viskas Sansthan):- Give 2-2 capsules two times daily with water. It is beneficial is kidney stone and related pain.
7. Sistone Tablet (Himalaya):- Give 2-2 tablets 3-4 times daily. 
8. Calcury Tablet (Charak):- Give 2-2 tablets three times daily with water. It is beneficial in Renal Colic.
9. Pathrimukt Syurp (Mukti Pharma):- This medicine is useful in Renal colic, urine irritation. etc. Give 2-2 tea spoon 2-3 times with a glass of water and give half quantity to children. 

Ayurvedic Classical Treatment:- 

1. Punarnvadi Guggul:- Give 1/2 to 1 gm with hot water two times daily. 
2. Shothari Mandur:- Give 1/4 to 1/2 gm with triphala quath two times daily. It is beneficial.
3. Dugdh Vati:- Give 125 mg with milk two times daily. 
4. Shothankush Ras:- Give 125 mg with honey two times daily. 
5. Agnimukh Mandur:- Give 1/4 to 1/2 gm with sugar candy two times daily. It is beneficial. 
6. Shoolgaj kesri Ras:- Give 125 gm with hot water of dry ginger grind into honey. It is beneficial in Renal Colic.
7. Sarivadhyasava:- Give 15 to 30 ml every morning and evening with equal quantity of water. 
8. Imli Kshar:- Give 1/4 gm with water every morning and evening. It is beneficial.

Home Remedies:-

1. Give cow urine 50 ml every morning and evening. Due to the Nephrtitis (Brights disease) the swelling of the body goes away.
2. After clear the stomach give 2-3 gm dry ginger powder with milk every morning and evening. 
3. Give Dashmula quath 30 to 50 ml every morning and evening. 
4. Give Absinthe or Devdaru Powder 1 to 2 gm every morning and evening with punrnva quath. It is beneficial.
5. Give ready triphala quath with cow urine 25 to 50 ml two times daily. It is beneficial. 
6. Take Black cardamom 10 gm and seeds of muskmelon 10 gm in powdered form and give it with water every morning and evening. 
7. Give patharchur leaves juice 5 to 10 ml two times daily. It is beneficial.
