What is Night Blindness?? How to get cure with Ayurvedic home remedies??

Introduction:-

As a clear form the name that the blindness in night, not visible at night. This is not a common problem. Blindness and night blindness is two different things. We trying to you know everything about night blindness and also discuss the Ayurvedic home remedies and some Ayurvedic patent medicine.

Night Blindness

Symptoms and Advise:-

• In this disease patient does not able to looking at night but in the light of the sun they look like a normal healthy person.
• If there is no sunlight in the day and there is cloudy in the sky or dark due to dense clouds then also patent is unable to see. But even in the night, there is a provision of complete lighting like day, fast light bulb, tube light etc. arranged, then the patient can see at night. The scientific reason of this disease is deficiency of vitamin 'd'.
• Day blindness is also a similar disease which makes the patient blind during daytime but in night patient able to see everything. In this disease the patient is blind in night in the light but in dark they look like a normal healthy person. Even in the day of dark cloud seems to be dark or looked in the dark room it can be seen some degree.
• Normally, these diseases are caused by lack of nutrient in food. Lack of vitamins is predominantly. The main cause of this disease is deficiency of Vitamin 'A' and Vitamin 'D' in body. So give this diet specially to the patient which have more Vitamin 'A' and Vitamin 'D'.
• Vitamin 'A' are found in butter, milk, fish oil, carrot, tomato, etc. Vitamin 'A' is vision donor as well as anti-infection.
• Vitamin 'D' is found in sufficient quantity of fats and fish oil obtained from cattle. Along with vision enhancement ability, it also has its main role in digestive function/metabolism. Calcium is also absorbed in our body by the presence of vitamin 'D'. Calcium is not used in its absence and survivors are hunted in osteomalacia.

Ayurvedic Patent Treatment:-

1. Triphala Degi (Dabur):- Give 1-2 tablets with water twice daily after meals. Take one tablet and make powder after that it dissolves into the water. Shake the vial to the right type, after 1-1 hour. After 6 hours, filter it by filter paper and pouring the water of this triphala in to 2-2 drops 3-4 times daily in both eyes. Almost all the diseases related to the eyes are consumed by triphala and the water of triphala in inserted into the eyes like the eye point. 
2. Eye Nola Drops (Dabur):- Insert 2-2 drops in eyes 3-4 times daily. It is beneficial in all type of eye related diseases.
3. Netr Bindu (Mahadev Healthcare):- Insert 1-1 drop in eyes 3-4 times daily. It is beneficial is eye related problem.

Ayurvedic Classical Treatement:-

1. Mahatriphala Grit:- Give 6 to 10 gm with sugar candy twice daily. Along with night blindness all disease related to eye is cured for taking it daily continuously. 
2. Khamire Gawnjawan:- Give 3-6 gm with cow milk 2-3 times daily. It is beneficial. This leads to increase of eye flame.
3. Dhatri Loh:- Give 400 mg daily, mixed with ghee or honey twice a day. This leads to increase of eyesight.
4. Saptamarit:- There is no such disease related to eyes that does not benefit from it. It is given in most of the hardships of the eye. Give 1 to 2 tablets daily, mixed with ghee or honey.
5. Triphala Churna:- Give 5 to 10 gm after meal twice a day. With this, all type of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha are rectified, all the eye disorder are cured.

Home Remedies:- 

1. Black pepper, grind in curd and put it in the eyes, it helps in night blindness.
2. Betel leaves juice and mixes it in honey after mixing put it in the eyes, it helps in night blindness.
3. Insert the siras leaves juice 1 to 2 drops daily 3 to 4 times and consume the leaves quath is beneficial for night blindness.
4. Give mundi extract 20-20 ml daily morning and evening. It is beneficial in all types of eye related problems. 
5. The roots of white flowers are depicted in ruby honey and twice daily in the eyes.
