What is Puerperal fever? How to get cured by Ayurveda.

Introduction:-

This is to certify that necessary care has not been taken at the time of delivery.  Disinfectant has not been used properly by hostess. There is a mistake in cleaning required because this infection cause for fever.

Puerperal Fever 

Causes:- As described in the introduction that it is due to childbirth. 

• It there is a contaminated fraction inside the uterus, this type of infection is also done as a result.
• Common constipation of intestines due to constipation also causes panic during this time.
• Among the transmitted bacteria, the main Streptococcus, Staphylococcus, B-Coil, Streptococcus Haemo-Lyticus, etc.
• After delivery, it is a disease by disinfecting solution, not washing the genital and living place and using dirty clothes.
• After delivery, pay attention to cleaning the uterus with medicine. Being sure about this is also the cause of puerperal fever. 

Symptoms:- 

1. In the early stage of the disease, there is a loss of experience in the body, which is mistaken for the for the consequences of labor-pain. It is the second mistake after forgetting such kind of absurdity, In which full readiness is not shown. Consequently the infection begins to occur. Body temperature increases. This temperature can be up to 106°. There is acute pain in whole body and head.
2. There is also pain in the uterus and stomach which is unbearable.
3. If there is no immediate step to control infection, swelling of the uterus and genitalia. Even the pus is also made. Pulse speed becomes faster.
4. The above situation can be quite fatal. If negligently, the victim of pyaenina and also may die.

Puerperal fever is the result of mistake. It gives repeated warnings through yours signs and symptoms. Ignoring his warning the condition of the patient is very worsens. 

General Guidelines:-

1. All clothes that come to in the cleaning at the time of delivery of the baby are clean, sterilised, and dry. 
2. Even after delivery, the effluent is continue from the genitalia then clean the genitalia with Alum or detol mix water three times daily.
3. Also focus on the cleaning of newborn clothes.
4. Maintain a disinfected atmosphere by spraying the floor of the nursing room with phenyl.
5. Clean the excrement of newborn baby and keep into dry and clean clothes. 
6. It there is a contaminated part inside the uterus, then do the cleaning of the uterus. 
7. When your give the water to pro creator then boil the water and let cool.
8. This is not good to pro creator that she going to the bathroom and anywhere barefoot 
9. Care should also be taken against the food of pro creator. No food should be given like stale, sour, spicy, and chili spices foods.
10. There is very deep connection between the food of pro creator and health of newborn baby. Therefore, in this view the special attention should be give to serve the food. 

Ayurvedic Patent Treatments:-

1. Nirogi Syrup (Satywati):- Take 10-15 ml with equal quantity of water twice daily after the food. This clears the uterus and the pro creator is free from all kinds of pain. Even that the pro creator milk also be pure and result of that the newborn baby becomes healthy. 
2. Fevtaib (Satywati):- For stopping the fever give it, after taking this medicine all types of fever goes down. Take 1-2 piles two to three times daily as per requirement.
3. Rajrajeshvar Capsule (Mahadev Healthcare):- Give 1-2 capsules every morning and evening. After taking this the genitalia wounds and infection are gets fine. 
4. Mukti Capsule (Mahadev Healthcare):- Give 1-2 capsules twice a day with hot water. After consuming that daily uterus cleans and stomach pain or uterus pain is gone. If give that medicine after delivery there in no any chance of infection or contaminated part in uterus.
5. Jvarhanta Capsule (Ayurved Vikas Sansthan):- Give 2-2 capsule daily three times with lukewarm water. This leads to faster control of fever.

Ayurvedic Classic Treatment:- 

1. Partaplankeshwar Ras:-  Give 250 to 500 mg with honey every morning and evening. It removes all the pain related to childbirth. After give this daily the uterus cleans, Puerperal fever gone and all kinds of pain is gone and victim is become healthy. 
2. Sutipati Ras:- Give 1-2 tablet with trikuta powder mixed milk daily. After taking this daily the pro creator milk is pure and the health of newborn baby is good indirectly.
3. Mahabhrvati:- Give 1-1 tablet with dashmula qwath daily after food. When pro creator consumes daily all kinds of pain after delivery goes away. Puerperal fever and remaining dirt in uterus also leaves. 
4. Devdavradi Qwath and Dashmool Qwath:- Give 50-50 ml with equal quantity of water daily and start this after the same time of delivery. There is no disorder related to delivery and the patient is completely healthy. The child is also completely healthy. 
5. Dashmularishta:- Since childbirth, the baby and pro creator both healthy with its intake. There is no trouble related to the delivery. After consuming that milk of pro creator is pure and the newborn baby is become healthier. So give to her after delivery.

Home Remedies:-

1. Give nirgundi leaves powder 3-6 gm morning and evening. By taking it daily gets cured fever and puerperal fever. Its intake also results in purification of the uterus. If swelling it also disappear. Use honey or dashmula qwath with this powder. 
2. Take mudiya seej roots 250 to 500 mg and Black pepper 2-4 pcs grind it after that give this daily to the patient morning and evening fever is cured. 
3. Water and pipal leaves. After that grind it and make a juice. Give 50 to 100 ml daily it is beneficial for puerperal fever.
4. Give Labhajjak panchang qwath 50 to 100 ml daily morning and evening. It is beneficial for puerperal fever. Uterus cleansing occurs due to uterus shrinkage.
5. Give Pipal powder 250 to 500 mg with old jiggery daily morning and evening. It is beneficial in puerperal fever and Uterus takes old condition soon.
